shortly after 10:00 AM: Dr. Nikolas Hartshorne arrived at the scene. (Kurt was still gripping the shotgun tightly.)

Hartshorne: "Seattle police called (the medical examiner's) office, saying, 'We've got a death at 171 Lake Washington Boulevard.' At that point in time, they had mentioned it was the Cobain residence. I had known, obviously, from the rumours and stuff that had gone on in Rome that Kurt was struggling.
When we got there, we went through all the media who had already gathered. I do a standard procedure at every call - I tend to walk around everything before looking at the body. I walked around the outside of the greenhouse, and I spoke to a couple of the detectives. I went through, looked around,walked up, and recognized it was Kurt right away. And then, obviously, I was like, 'Fuck', because I enjoyed his music so much."

The Seattle police need to reopen this case. His daughter needs to know he did not abandon her. He is one of the greatest rock legends of all time and it is a tragidy that he is being remembered as having taken his own life. Justice for Kurt Cobain.

Funny, because when I read up on musicians who commit suicide their lives were so much better than Kurt's, they had little to kill themselves about. And I'd say there's a 99% chance he was murdered. More realistically, 100% chance he was murdered. Also, why would he leave his daughter? Face it people. He was murdered.

@PowderedHappines Why would he leave his daughter? Has he not said that he didn't want her to be part of a divorce family? That he knew he could not protect her from the emdia? That he didn't want her to have junky parents? Face it people. He killed himself. He hated his life and everything about it.

@Bigmelo7 It wasn't a Musket the shotgun was a 20 gauge it's a decent sized gun they even come in youth models though I doubt by judging the picture Kurt's gun was a youth model but, you slide the butt end of the gun on a 35 degree angle... it's only about 26" from the barrel to the trigger now your average guitar is about 25" if you can rest your mouth on the head stock and reach the end of your fret board you've more than completed the task.

@negativecreep1993 Duff was on the plane with him and said he was worried about him also a driver said he picked Kurt up and Kurt as looking for bullets seriously all i am saying is lets look at ALL the facts this is a problem i have with the justice system things are always left out, i do however lean more towards the fact he a murdered but have not yet seen 100% proof of this

@negativecreep1993 I have read both as well as everything i could get my hands on, i have doubts with some of the evidence to be honest, for instance the suicide note, they clearly say a different hand wrote the bottom part but if you read Kurts journals there are many pages where the writing is small and goes larger just like the note, i am not saying he want murdered dont get me wrong , i personally am sceptical at some of the proof they use as fact, also Kurt was depresssed 1/2

@kylas124 Be aware that in this case it takes not even an hour! Read the "Cobain Case Study Manual" or the book "Love & Death" by Iab Halperin and Max Wallace and you'll see.This issue is proven very well.
