For now the best advice would be to listen to the big players you admire, and copy their solo's as best you can without adding anything extra and then add your own thing once you develop a good grounding.
You are fast and clear so put it to good use.

Thanks for posting on my profile.
I think you are familiar with the dromous but it's how you mix them together and learning some tasteful changes from one dromo (scale) to another. You cannot change randomly in this way as the key signatures are completely unrelated to one another. continued...

There is nothing wrong with the bouzouki. Study your dromous and do not change without structure from key to key. It is very confusing.

No its made in Toronto by a guy named Ken Kakoulis (i think thats the right spelling). His company name is 'Kalis & Co.' They make strings, picks, parts, bouzoukia, lots of stuff.
