Feel as though your pushing your chest forward, so that you shoulders feel more connected to the sides of your body, elevate the tilt in your head so that cervical spin stands more upright maintaining it's natural posture. Now be sure to rotate your shoulders approx. 90 degrees in you backswing.

Your grip looks too strong, and far too much head movement, keep your head more central and it'll help.

Too much wasted motion in the swing, as your hands and arms are way too involved in a more leading role, thus leaving your body to follow. In a good swing, the body turns and the hands and arms follow. I suggest buying David Leadbetter's Book, "The Golf Swing" to start teaching yourself how to move your body correctly.

same thing that i used to do, try and get your arms out longer and straiter in the back swing

The biggest problem is alot of head movement. Focus on keeping youre head still and try keeping your left arm straight through the backswing. Just alot of repitition is what makes a swing look nice. Youll get it :)

Something that will probably help you get a "cleaner" feeling when you're swinging: try to keep your left arm straight on your backswing! also, you can work on your timing, it's a little rushed right now ;)

puase at the top of your swing that should help a bit
improve your posture and you'll gain better rotation, you've got more moving parts than a swiss watch !

your head move back on your back swing forward on down swing.
shoulders are open on set up.
Your chin is pointing down and too close to your chest. Turn do not sway
square your shoulders, lift chin and point your chin at you right foot( it will be tuff at first cause you will have to look at the ball with your left eye). try to limit head movement to a couple of inches
