We used an air tank from a paint ball gun and she wore it in a holder around her waist. It was attached via a tube to a heavy-duty garbage bag made into a sort of dress. She had a switch in her pocket that activated the air tank. It was kind of complicated but it worked really well! She did have to learn to cheat to the front to (sort of) hide the tank.
