Unemployment Attorney Experienced at Handling Unemployment Hearings in Philadelphia, Norristown, Malvern, Springfield, Reading and Bristol Explains What Constitutes Willful Misconduct
I live in NY. I know the laws of UI might be slightly different but they don't go that far as I have been reading them. I was involved in a physical altercation with an co-worker. My former employer claims that I violated a "company rule" by engaging in "willful misconduct." there is only one problem. My former company is so small that they never bother to give me any papers stating any rules or having me sign any rules. they don't exists. The case is December 6, 2010.
