US Congressman states China to blame for crumbling US economy

This is sssooo infuriating...

I am only going to ask one question, but please comment on any (or all) aspects of Congressman Ryan's 'thoughts'.

So Congressman Ryan (and feel free to role play and answer this question on his behalf), you suggest the best way to help our manufacturing based constituency to stop hemorrhaging is to have China float it's currency. (Asked by me pretending I actually voted for this fella...but I have never heard of him before this interview.)

How will that convince Nike that it's better to pay adult Americans $20 USD an hour plus benefits vs. a Chinese child $0.50 USD an hour, and bring their factories back to North America?

...I think the smart one's watching and reading this know the answer to my stupid question.
