  • @ThePeakperform1970 yeah you know more than priest holmes and his trainer...I think he ws coming back from injury in these videos but hey he si only one of the nest running backs to ever play the game ..please give him some more of your pointers..faggot..

  • The patern he is running in is not special. Everyone can think of one. This athlete moves with pore technique. He should focus on accelerating by making a bigger strides. He does not extend his hips en legs. Prob. tight in his hipflexors eighter weak in triple extensionmuscles; calfs, quads and hips.
