stupid realy 80s that 3.0 CSL is from early 1970''s and then benz begin somewhere 60''s til 70''s its fear let me tell you something on BMW its not about power of the engine its dynamics of the car and handling weight benz is totaly difrent after SLC comes the SL and the benz has a v8 3 speed auto ill think and the bmw is more hightech in his days benz is a nice luxery car maker but when it comes to race BMW is the KING ! acep it

60's BMW vs 80's Mercedes is not a fair comparison, but the BMW is still better, lighter and spotier car.
