How's Your Local Skate Scene?

Where I live everyone (besides the people I skate with) is very much focused on who's the best. As a result of their competitiveness, all they ever want to do is play SKATE and decide based on that who's the best. I'm not the kind of person who cares who's the best and who's the worst, I'd rather just spend time with cool people and have fun while I can. I know that eventually I might have to grow up and leave all of this behind and when that happens all I'll have left are the memories. I don't want to look back on my life as a skater and see it as a contest, I want to see all of the good times I had with my friends. That's assuming that I do have to grow up one day of course.

my skate scene SUCKS COCK the "park" if thats what u want to call it got shut down form vandilism a little spray paint doesnt hurt anything. so now my frieands and i are getting everyone in my city pissed and starting a streetskating revoution so to speak still get look at as if we are FUCKING INSANE for riding

my skate scen is ok we have like a skatepark thats more for vert and shit then it is for street i guess enyways the street scen sucks black cock we have nothing NOTHING well for street enyways u know what fuck it jusy go skate somewear right now fuck it

I skate along most of the time cause everyone at my park always likes to compete/compare eachother and me. Some of them copy everything that I do and it's annoying. I just wanna skate for fun and try as hard as I can when I skate. That's what it's about not competion

i live in san diego california... i live in eastlake. we have 4 skate parks in a radius of about 25 miles.. so 95% of the time im not doing anything illegal like trespassing but it pretty much the best place to skate because at eastlake high we have a 9 stair flat to another 9 stair with a hand rail.. ps we also goy cvs , which is not to brag one of the best skate places in the world ..... soooooo is you are ever in chula vista in san diego.... u will love it... :D <3

We dont have one really all 95% of the guys at school are posers in plan b hoodies and dc and element bags and people don't really skate with us because wer'e girls. Our skatepark is like 40 mins away so theres no point in going, plus it constantly rains here so if you get a good 3 hours worth of skating you got lucky.
