Thanks for all the comments so far,I'm still looking for the "the Holy Grail" to beat my acne weather it be in a face wash or a tablet form.Its very hard to get the right routine together.Get up wash face,it then dry's and cracks,later it gets extra oily .I try moisturisers but they just make my face shine and break out.What do you do????

I am just starting a 1 month course of Nature's Cure Acne tablets,i will keep you posted.

Is there any other good Acne tablets anyone can recommend?

You can try max clarity. When iciest used it, it totally cleared my skin but it won't last long. Or try getting to acne boot camp, I heard that once you use it, it'll never com back

I have tried everything proactive and lots of over the counter medication dermatologist requested . lately I've been using an aspirin facial mask and Bio oil I also make sure I wash my face with only olay facial soap it doesn't dry your skin you guys should try it

im starting tazorac, which so far hasnt done much other than REALLY fuck up my skin, but im only a half a week in, and i havent really been following the instructions properly.

1. if ur pimple has a whiteish gross head on it put hot water on a towel and hold it there for a little if you need to you can put more water on the towel. it will shrink the head and a little bit of the pimple but not all of it. 2. Get more SLEEP! 3. eat helthy 4. Exercise 5 drink lots of water itll make ur face glow 6. when u see signs of getin a pimple put toothpaste on it. It sounds crazy but it cleans it out like it cleans ur mouth.7. I sometimes put non toxic elmers glue on my blackheds

Thanks for reply, i will give SKIN ID ago and will keep you posted.Also i will now drink more water throughout the day to see if this helps my skin.I hear that clean and clear acne contoll foaming face wash is very good so i may try this to.Hope something works..

no i havent tried acne tabs and steriods arent good but nothing has worked well for me either..never try toothpaste as a spot treatment REALLY BAD nor teatree oil...try SKIN ID i havent tried it but i hear its good..drink ALOT of water about3 each day then gradually get to 6 then 8 ....
