  • I haven't heard this song in a long time!!

  • Marsha Seago loved Mama's Pride. I'm sorry to say she passed away. This song will play at her service. She wouldn't have it any other way.

  • The Listen family was two streets away where I grew up in Country Life Subd OFLN MO! (DiFranco!) Too funny - love these guys! Hi Michelle!!

  • Fourth and Pine , boy does that bring back memories. I saw John Lee Hooker there back in the late 70's.

  • Does anyone remember them playing at fourth and pine? If so can you remember the song they did where they added " I was so low I could sit on a dime"? I can't think of what the name of the song was. They are going to be playing in Pacific, MO, July 30th at a Cave Jam. Look it up on facebook. Type in cave jam and go to the organicgrooves site for the best info.

  • I have warm Food & I have prepared a place for yo , says the Lord :) QC

  • @jabnhook2 Damn...we were at the same clubs! I worked with Frank Gagliano at Harrahs Casino as he was the sound man for the Nightclub in 98-99, he said they were asked by Ronnie Van Vandt to start touring with Skynyrd as their opening act. Several nights later the tragedy and we all know the story from there....

  • LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!! I'm 27, from STL. My parents raised me right and on Mama's Pride!!!! And this comes from a Pantera fan, haha

  • They are as good today as they were when this album came out!

  • Amazing Band!! Gregg Allman didn't have shit on the Pride's lead singer, Pat Liston. His voice was as smooth as silk and as rough as coarse sandpaper, at the same time!! Max Baker could play lead guitar with anybody. They were right on the verge of making it big. Makes me sad every time I think about it...if you're reading this fellas...thanks for all the fantastic times at places like 4th & Pine, Stages, The Granary, Stonehenge, The Coliseum Ballroom, Collinsville Park...
