Nana's Poem

I have had a charmed relationship with my grandmother since birth. We had a special bond. I videoed her for the last time 2 days ago. This morning (10-22-07) she didn't wake up. How poignant our last project turned out to be.

Hey, J - just had to come by here again, after what? Three or so years? Listening to and viewing this again moved me even more this time. What a glorious human she was - and I know you love and miss her, still, every day. My mom's 90 now and is still living with us. I am care taking her and working from home as a writer/researcher.

She's home with us...and I wouldn't have it any other way. Happy Mother's Day to your beautiful Nana, your mom, and your wife...and much love to you all. :)
