This workout is to be done as a circuit with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest before transitioning on to the next movement. If you have never trained with Kettlebells before please contact a certified professional before beginning this regimen.
A1: Double Clean and Press
A2: Kettlebell Push-up with a twist
A3: Double Kettlebell Front Squat
A4: Burpees
A5: Double Kettlebell Squat Press
A6: Kettlebell Swings
A7: Alternating Snatches
A8: Hand Walk out Push-up
Repeat 2-4 times
