Soju is the native distilled liquor of Korea. It is most similar to Vodka in taste, although sweeter.

Enjoy!

Music by Kevin MacLeod.

  • i love soju, i like the taste, its just like lambanog our native coconut wine here in the philippines..

  • @ferdieloverboy LOL - I have a bottle of that on the shelf. Saving that for next month!

  • $1??

    Wow, that's cheap. Nice video.

  • That it is... I love grabbing a bottle or two!

  • Great video Steve. A similar bottle of soju like that would cost about $13 here in Japan!

  • That's the way it was back in the US!

  • Ho soju on the rock? I haven't tried that but after watching you doing it, I felt sudden urge to do it.

    Thanks.

P.S. Did you tried mix soju with beer (to make bomb liquor)?

  • Mystery solved! SMileyD

  • My bottle is too small :( haven't drink it yet though.

  • Just drank this beverage. Taste like vodka but a lil sweeter though.

  • Im an american (ethnically korean however) and im from the states and i have drank my fair share of soju. but i have NEVER seen someone drink it over ice.

you sir, are my new hero

  • you should totally get one of these little soju glasses :D

  • @tmx51 if you buy them at the groceries, it should go around 4~5 bucks, but in restaurants or bars, they go up as high as 15 bucks. here in las vegas, its about 10 bucks

  • @reynoldsair yeh they sell it in the states as well, but they charge couple more bucks than a dollar in korea.

  • @tmx51 well in some places, but mostly $13~$15 range.
