Sonic Generations - WTF Shadow Glitch!?

He accidentally the WHOLE game...
Apparently this was a glitch I discovered in the game after hitting Shadow with a speed boost and knocking him into a wall.
The weird part is is that he had no rings and got stuck in his invincibility frames.
Plus to make matters worse. When this happened there were no power-ups to be found on the map.
I eventually had to start the boss fight all over.
