  • Hi will you be making videos regularly? Cheers

  • @MyLifeSince1992 Hi there, yes we try to upload once a week. Our other channel plumberpartsFTV is more banter based but less uploaded....probably because we are boring! Regards PP

  • ......I now seem to have a leak with my Potterton Promax 15 SL boiler but can't figure out how to get the dam case off to have a look!!! Any ideas?!!!

  • @deans6571 Is that the one with the grey plastic cover along the bottom? IF it is, try removing the grey cover and then yoiu should be able to get at two screws holding the front panel on. Remove those and lift up the panel (I think!) Good luck PP!

  • Good tips! I've opened the valve on the right side of the radiator and also the thermostat is on 5 on the left but the radiator is still only lukewarm?

The pipe coming out from the floor and into the thermostat is hot but the radiator is not? Could the pin under the thermostat be stuck?!

  • @deans6571 Hi there. Yes, give that a try. If it doesn't work you can try balancing the system. Regards PP

  • This is a fab video within 2minutes we had a hot radiator after 1 month of having a cold bathroom. Wish I had looked earlier.

    Cheers and thank you lots

  • thanks ive just fixed my rad it was a sticking pin, never new it had one and i now speak plumber TRV lol

  • ahhh waters pissing everywhere and its boiling hot because i wacked the top with a hammer and the pin shot out! its in my eyes and its burning!!!!!

  • I've just spotted you on Superscimpers! Wicked!!

Turns out my radiator problem is due to wear & tear on the pump upstairs not pumping hot water far enough to the kitchen rad. I've been quoted £480+vat to flush the system and fit a new pump - surely that's way over priced?!!!
