Your video was really interesting. I stumbled across it while doing a search about a woman motorcyclist who died yesterday, hitting a telephone pole about a block no. of Pilot View Dr. We could see the activity from the deck. Her body was thrown. We were trying to figure out on that straight-away how she lost control. I suspect she swerved to avoid hitting a critter. Full moon last night, skunk mating season, and all hell breaks loose in the hills.

It seems the driver is unfamiliar with the road. I drive that road a few times a week and there aren't many safe places to pull over. And you usually need to know where they are ahead of time to take advantage of the quick decision to use them. Also, many spots that look like there's plenty of space to pull over are uncomfortable drops of the street. You can really screw up your alignment after a few of those. Have you driven that road in a car?

Thanks for watching one of my videos...
You may be right about the unfamillar road aspect. Or might be she was an extra careful driver. Still, there many places to pull over as she was ahead of me before we reached the bridge. Hope I do not offend anyone with my comments as my words are all in good fun...kind of hamming it up for the camera. I'm aware of the dangers. I have been driving it in all types of vehicles since the 60's. She was going very slow and I was making a video!

Sorry to hear about that trip not going well.
I too was once in a car accident. 4 of us in a VW bug. Me in the back seat. The driver misshandled the rise over a slight hump and flipped it upsidedown right at 5:31.
We slid on the roof for 100 foot. Never hit the fences on either side. Bike riders helped is flip it right side up. Pushed the roof back up with our feet. The CHP let us drive home in it. The guys folks were pissed he ruined the bug!
