You can't really overdose on B vitamins unless you're getting a pure concentrated form of it within a needle. Since it's not absolutely absorbed into your blood steam, you'll get to see it again when you piss neon green. However, too much Ginseng will result in a bad stomach ache and a drop in blood sugar (bad for diabetics)... plus an abnormal amount of Hershey squirts.

@wsworld568 hard time breathing is a sideeffect of overdosing on cyanocobalamin which is in 5 hour energy... its the majority of the 5 hour energy effect.
