Vietnamese like to eat steamed Khoai Mi as snack. Here's how to cook it: Buy tapioca from Asian or Mexican store. Cut, peel, sprinkle some salt and steam it 3 or 4 cups of water for 30 minutes. Pour one table spoon of coconut milk on cooked tapioca. Top with roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, shredded coconuts and serve.
