Three questions will there be audio from the new characters and if there is will it be all choppy like it was taken from the original voice actors and copy and pasted? when does it come out and is there any badddddddddddd bugs?

This will be a damn epic mod...i have been playing oblivion for well over four years now and am barely starting to get bored...but omg this will be the epicest(i know its not a word) thing ever. Apparenlty when this is all done the world will be 7x bigger than oblivion in every aspect...that means ill be playing tes4 for the next couple decades....i love TES and i really hopes theres a 5 but not before this is finished. Cause if there is i wont be playing it :)
