Six months ago I got my hands on a Timbuk2 The Snoop Camera Messenger Bag ($130). Is this the best bag ever? YES! It really is the best bag ever! But you'll want to watch me review it to find out why.

I will mention that it's main features are the laptop compartment, velcro silencers, water-resistant flaps, and that it's also a camera bag (via removable pounch with adjustable padding) that looks nothing like the dedicated camera bags thieves are familiar with. If James Bond met Vignelli while being hit by a hypster bike messenger running from hollywood paparazzi, this bag would be it's baby. Watch the video for the full review.

BONUS: Listed below are the tools I often carry with me to meetings, city bike rides, or when I need to get to my remote studio location (aka Starbucks). It all fits in this lightweight, stylish Timbuk2 bag:

  • Nice review but use lights man. I hate youtube vids where people don't take the time to light the subject. You should know that being a photographer.

  • @thepowerbill Thanks for the feedback/comment. I'll be sure to shoot these in day light or figure out a set-up with better lighting. Feedback much appreciated .

  • In your opinion, do you think this bag would fit a 15.4 Macbook Pro with a camera and without a camera? Thanks for the post.

  • @jfong1091

Also, is this a small or medium size?

  • @jfong1091 Its medium which is mpre versatile for trips and such but if you know it fill fit and don't need the flexibility of more items get the small, should be more fashionable.

  • @jfong1091 It fits a 15" MacBook Pro. Theres plenty of room for a laptop, try it out.

  • Got that bag in Red and Silver. The Gunmetal one you have was sold out. I remember when I told people it's made of ballistic nylon they asked why I needed a bulletproof camera bag lol.

  • I'm nearly sold on getting the Medium 'Custom Laptop Messenger Bag', The only thing stopping me from getting it is the size - I'm only 5'8 So i don't really know how that would go. And i can't really find any photos of it being worn. Would it really be a problem or would all bags have the same problem for me?

  • @TrungtdtUtube

and very helpful review, thumps up. :D

  • Your strap, lol :))

  • There's a small and medium. I reviewed the medium, which I own. I know it fits a 15" laptop. It may even fit a 17" MacBook Pro.

If you go to timbuk2.com (direct link to the bag in my post) and click the "Dimensions" tab you'll see the Small is 15.90" wide and the Medium is 19.39" wide. So again, this bag fits a 15" laptop and I'll get back to you on whether it fits a 17".
