this is also for the wii

I guess either one (My Aquarium and Aquatopia) is cheaper then having an actual fish and aquarium. And about the same with real and simulation when it comes to playing with your fish.

Won't the water ruin my tv??

Only if it's a plasma TV.
Plasma is made up of roughly 92% water, the rest of the bulk is mainly white blood cells. If you offset this balance by adding more water than your picture quality will degrade significantly. This can occur if you use your TV as an aquarium, or even if you watch a movie with a lot of water footage (Point Break on Blu-Ray is an excellent film, but notorious for damaging plasma screens).
If you're using an LCD screen, you should be fine though.

Which is playstation download is better? "my aquarium" or aquatopia"? my aquarium is $5 in the playstation store and aquatopia is $2. but you can use the playstation camera with aquatopia and i don't know if you can with my aquarium. so which do you think is better?

I don't know, I don't have a PlayStation Eye.
Supposedly Aquatopia is just a screensaver, whereas My Aquarium is a game that can also be a screensaver. The "game" part only has so much to do though. My Aquarium is useful to grab some easy trophies, but the best part is using it as a visualizer when you want to throw on some of your music and relax.
Aquatopia doesn't feature custom soundtracks, so I'd recommend spending the extra $3 for My Aquarium.

@ThermalGoguh what exactly can you do with my aquarium? i know that with aquatopia you can use your hands to feed the fish and use your hands to scare the fish or move the water with your hands. but what can you do with my aquarium?

Nothing gesture-based. Basically you can select a tank size, floor, background, and add items (plants, rocks, models, etc). You can put fish in (although you have to watch which species you mix - some fish will eat other fish), change the lighting, and then watch them swim around. Fish feeding is done with the controller, as is "knocking" on the glass.
It's really more something you view, as opposed to something like Aquatopia that you interact with.
