end oif the day theres good and bad in every community... theres crooks living in caravans on site-and theres crooks living in houses, theres white crooks, brown crooks and probably crooks with tentacles in space...but for all the crooks theres good folk too... saying all travellers are thieves or other such negatives is just the same as saying all ppl on a council estate are dole scum--its just as ludicrous and just as untrue

Eviction for anybody is not nice, but if the council did so, they must have been well within their legal rights to so so (i.e. planning permission was not secured). In which case that is the LAW, and we are all subject to it. However, whoever burnt those caravans down should be prosecuted for arson. As for the sob story on the end about the money being spent and being safe, I call bullsh*t.
