we used to have a 1 yearold doberman, but it bit someone so sadly we had to put it down. we also have an aussie and she was depressed because she dident have a friend, so we saw a add for a boxer lab mix and thought it would be really ugly, and we kept looking for dogs and we dident find one so we decided to go look at these boxadores, and theywere very cute and we now have a 9week old boy named phinneaus and he is a great dog and he gets along great with our aussie and he is the best dog 4 us

wats a mange
That dog is sure pretty for a mix! Is he gentle like a lab or is he hyper like a boxer?

@Triclopse1 Well, Chopper has been adopted, but he was more hyper I would say. He wasn't annoyingly hyper, but he wasn't one to just lay around all day either. He was very smart too, and great with other dogs.

Ive owned a boxer lab mixed named princess, the best dog i ever owned but had to get rid of her due to very bag mange which comes from animal shelters

Actually mange does not come from shelters, it can come from being around another dog with mange, or from being out in the wild as foxes and other wild animals can carry it. It's a shame you got rid of your dog for something so easily treated and not serious.

Well we treated the problem once.. Me being a 16 year old really cant afford to pay 200 bucks every three months. But till this day i still miss that dog

I just wanted to clarify that mange does not 'come from animal shelters'. To be honest, if you needed to treat the dog for mange every 3 months, I'm not so sure it was even mange that the dog had. Normally once it's gone, it doesn't come back unless the dog is in contact with something to give it mange. Maybe the dog had some kind of skin infection or flea allergy, both of which are also usually easily treated.
