1. the program to get the voice is "acapela" (google it). You can test it on line (You write your text and the program will speak for you )

2.acapela and player selector are different. acapella is a program on the net, player selector is a mode for GTA IV. This mode can work with the latest patch, you just have to be sure you have the last version of the mode.
