@ravnet09 I'd like to know, too. The kiosk/map wasn't there the last time I visited the Cleveland clinic - about 2 years ago.

What purpose does the mouse cursor serve on the map? If I wanted one of those, I could just find a computer with a mouse. This is a touch screen. That's some low-hanging fruit to improve the UX.
Agree, map is way too complex. How many users are looking for the children's hospital, the heart specialists, and lunch at the same time? Add a search bar, some keywords, or categories.

@NickSuch21 You are right. The category list provided on the screen wasn't useful, as nothing would stay put on the screen for long. Such a busy, busy interface!
