Its a chinese lantern, obviously. With the camera going in and out of focus it changes the shape, I would bet the deed to my house this is a chinese lantern or some other 'floating candle' type object commonly released at celebrations.

i seen this twice. the first time it dropped something, and the glow dimmed and was off, but i could still see a craft moving in a way...
same thing second time... except it moved towards us, then moved away and sped off too quickly...

Technically anything in the sky you can't identify is a UFO. UFO doesn't mean it's immediately an alien craft, just something you don't know what it is :)
