It is a demonstration of how totally brainwashed animal Drago is. He does not have emotions, so he does not intentionally killed Apollo Creed but it happened. "Who cares, give me the next one in line."

@Fiendishfoe666 He is supposed to be a Russian speaking poor English for the US media. In Slavic languages when you say this it means "I don't give a shit about him being alive or dead, I don't care". It does not sound natural but it is the way a Russian can really say it.
Some people here obviously don't get a point.
