There really isn't enough stuff on Adorno and Horkheimer on YouTube...Nice vid!

Great video, but I would argue that when you say the government/media/elitists satisfy 'some needs' you should say that those 'needs' have been created and are false...if Adorno were still alive, he would probably give up all hope for breaking out of the Culture Industry :-\

5/5 deadon.

!This is probably the reason why they are in the L.D.D. (Legion of Deluded Discordians)!
Of course the message is false, but it is also true. At the same time , of course!
-
totaly true how would they stop it if they could

"Hypnotizing...?" You maybe, not me. Frankly, your rhetoric belies a suspicious mind; fearful of all things outside your paranoid view of reality of "power hungry cartel, federal reserves (What?). That's absolutely stupid, stinking thinking. Furthermore, using the universal, generalizing blame word "they" and the construct "right before our eyes" is moronic. This is my last exchange with you and your idiot squad of "yup" and yeah man supporters. P.S. Now fuck off, jack off.

Abundandtuniverse,
So what is the truth? What the media, and the power hungry bank cartel, federal reserves want you and I to hear. Wake up America, they are hypnotising us right before our very eyes.

The message is false and its messengers are deluded morons.

I would be very interested to hear exactly what your critique of this actually is, why is it false?
denito9474 4 years ago
no? nothing? just unqualified statements and name calling?

More BS from a drug-addled moron who can only generalize. I urge you to move to an Islamic Caliphate culture and find you'll have NO freedoms to think BS like you are now trying poorly to express.

thanks for your comment. If you would prefer to hear this message from someone who is not a moron who can only generalize, I reccomend you read Horkheimer and Adorno's 'The Dialectic of Enlightenment'.
