"ievan polkka". L may be a misunderstanding as capital I looks like small L... :) In Finnish it's normally "Eeva" (this is female name like Eve or Eva), but in Eastern Finland dialect they twist vowel combinations so that "eeva" becomes "ieva". Genetive of this word is "eevan" or "ievan": Eeva's polka, Eevan polkka, Ievan polkka.
