This is not a major issue of concern. The process of absentee voting for non attendance MP also inflicts the Texas State legislature nd other jurisdictions.. In Britain and Canada paired voting is a common practice. Google Texas Voting

@UkrToday Texas voter fraud refer to electoral voting not to legislative voting as far as we see. In Canada or Britain MPs vote not by electronic system but personally and vote fraud is simply impossible. Electroral fraud is nothing new of course. But here in Ukraine the legislators vote for the laws this way. Its unconsituttional btw.

@nelliza111 You did not look to hard... does not mnatter of is one five or seven or eben more. If the votes are cast with consent it is not a real issue. Have you ever attended a company general meeting.. Did you notice the number of proxy votes cast.

Have you ever attended a corporation board meeting. Ever seen proxy voting at work? In reality casting votes for absent members is no different. It is not fraud or corruption. The votes are cast with the consent and permisison of the absent member.

@UkrToday I did look at that and did not see a Texas legislator voting for 7 absentees there. Find your own bigger issue and expose it - good luck with it! We are expoling our venue.

LOL Texas is unethical yet Ukraine is portrayed as corrupt. .... It is the same practice of pragmatism. Name one member fo parliament that claims someone had voted for them against their wishes?

@nelliza111 I repat the answer. Have a look at the Yourtude CBS report on the Texas legislature. This is a common practice within so called western democracies. It is not a big issue. You and I might not like it and it might not look good but it would not change the result of the vote had all members voted in person. Its a question of pragmatic outcomes. They are not voting against the wishes of the absent nember. There are bigger issues that need exposure and debate. This is not one

@UkrToday I repeat the question - have you ever saw in Texas, Canada or UK or elsewhere an MP voting for 7? If yes - let them submit their records themselves, we wil ldo it with ours.

Btw - in Texas its just unethical, in Ukraine - unconsitutuinal. Feel the difference. It's about the compliance to Constitution.

As for the size of the fish - its up to fishermen what fish to look for. Our sport - our choice.

@nelliza111 USA, Texas to begin with ... Happens in all counties that use electonic voting rto record the legislature votes. It is done by convention and with agreement and consent. You may not like it but if they were forced to turn up and vote the vote would be the same.

@nelliza111 In the Texas USA to begin with. In Canada and the UK they use a system of pairing. This is by convention. In most states where electronic voting takles place.. such as in Texas.. the practies of voting for absentee members is common. It is not an issue, They are casting their vote accoring to the absent members wishes. Note no one has complained that they have been recorded as voting for something they did not support. There are much more bigger fish to fry then this issue.
