Tyrian

This is another video of Tyrian, an arcade-style vertical scrolling game developed by Eclipse Productions and published by Epic MegaGames in 1995. This game originally came with four episodes. In 1999, Tyrian was re-released as Tyrian 2000, which includes a fifth episode and additional ships.

This game has been released as freeware in 2004. In 2007, the original Pascal source code was licensed to a small group of people, who rewrite it in C as an open source project called OpenTyrian.

I usually play this game on arcade mode, because the other mode makes an already hard enough game way too difficult! Also, LOVE the music!!
