@cessna65423 LOL! Tell me another! The police exist to keep things stable. If a kid goes nutzo and starts wildly kicking people, he's got to be stopped. They say what you are as a person is established by the time you're five. This kid thinks he can go berzerk and attack people because he's feeling put out.
He's got to be taught there are consequences.

@nakyer Police are not there to KEEP ORDER. They are LAW ENFORCERS and not PEACE OFFICERS. Big Difference. If a PARENT used a PAIR or ZIP TIE cuffs on their child they would be ARRESTED AND the kids taken by CPS. If a teacher would have used Zip tie cuffs on a kid that teacher would be ARRESTED and the School Sued. Yet a cop can go in and use them ON A 5 YR OLD. When i was a kid the principal would have just kept you in her office and called the parent to come get the child.

'We have to make allowances. These children feel the need to express themselves by kicking people.' Oh of course. How silly of the officer to view THIS child kicking him as a crime, since this child is one of the special ones who can do it because he has a 'problem'. Some people have a 'problem' and like to set things on fire. I guess they're to be "understood" too? People got to get it into their heads- 'Problems' or not, we all have to behave ourselves in a civilized way.
