@fitnesak I have seen the blow dart in your bicep too, and it is very impressive. I also enjoyed very much your can crushing video. Have you ever tried to crush an empty food can with your bicep? I am not talking about destroying it the way you destroyed the aluminum can. I just mean have you ever dented an empty food can with your bicep?

Absolutely amazing. Several years I dated a woman with the hardest butt muscles I ever felt in my life. They were unbelievably hard! When she tightened her butt, it became as hard as rock. She told me that when she was a young girl, when a doctor would give her a shot in her butt, she could tighten her muscles and actually break the needle. Now you are showing that your shoulder is so hard that a dart can barely pierce it. Are you able to do that with your biceps too?
