totally AirAsia in the making... after check-in counter fee, the options on the video will soon be a reality... time will tell...
weird thing is that they're making so much fuss when government through airport operator increase passenger fees but they never hear back from passengers regarding their excessive ancillary fees... :(

@MegaRose235 Air Asia is not removing comments from here. Every airline has flights delayed sometimes, would you rather fly on faulty plane than delay to fix it? Air Asia has never had fatal crash. Age of plane does not matter, but how they are maintained. Theres lots of airlines in your country too that have much worse safety record and fleet than Air Asia.
