Paul Hannam is the founder and chairman of several successful businesses in recruiting, training, consultancy and marketing. He has also taught environmental management and entrepreneurship at Oxford University, through the Environmental Change Institute, and is the author of "The Magic of Groundhog Day." In 2007, Paul co-founded Bright Green Talent with Tom Savage with the mission of recruiting the brightest and the best talent in the world to work for organizations that are committed to sustainability and social responsibility.
