5 weeks out in this video, really starting to look like a bb'er I think. I've made alot of progress since my last video, my bodyweight here is about 199. I tried to do a few non-compulsory poses in this video, because I'm trying to work out my individual routine. My diet has changed as well, I'm doing a carb cycling approach, two normal days, a refeed day, and low carbs on my off/cardio day. The normal day is 300pro/120carb/45fat I think for about 2200 cals.

  • Refeed days are on your training days?

    I'm carb cycling myself, not noticed results but maybe its too soon. Nice progress, keep it up!
