Funny...At 1:47 Samaranch awarded the "16th" Olympiad to Seoul, not the "24th". He said seizium , not vingt-quatrium.

@coasterdork26 No, what I mean by "No 84" is that there was no announcement for it as it was the only bidder, looking back on it I really badly worded that. Thanks anyway.

@AlexHWalker there was an '80 and '84 it is just hard to find videos. the US boycotted the '80 games because they didn't agree what the soviet union did. then in 84 LA hosted the olympics and the comies boycotted us
