Great videos. However, I've read that when catching heavy snakes like rattlers with tongs, you should support the body with a hook so it doesn't hurt the snake. Any thoughts on that/

@Leatherwoodoutdoors Thanks......I did not know that. Might come in handy some day. Also nice to know that this snake is typically not agressive as seen in the vids....and now I would not hesitate to handle one when the opportunity arises.

There's alot of big rattlers out in our hunting area, but great videos!

I spend a lot of time in the Kinzua area, but have never come across a Timber Rattler, even though they are there. Nice video! I'm actually terrified of snakes, especially poisonous snakes. I did notice, however, that none of the snakes showed any real aggression at all toward the handlers.

@inthewildoutdoors Some snakes are aggressive but once you have ahold of them for awhile they seem to calm down.
