Actually I would trust Ayn to be the president:)

That's about as relevant as saying, in response to when women wanted to be able to vote, "most women won't vote anyway." Both statements are true, they just aren't relevant responses. The point is that men are targeted as a group by the military draft, not as individuals, and that laws aren't just functionary; they are symbols of what we see as proper in society. And the male-only military draft is a symbol that in some cases male life is secondary to female life.

what a hideous cunt

@Gogonostop And yet, many presidents never entered military service.

@AscensionofMen @AscensionofMen I think it is MORE dangerous to ONLY mention THAT inequality, as though it were always the only one present, or always the more IMPORTANT one. Which is what has been going on for over three decades, now. Anything that I am saying is not done by the power of suggestion. I have been quite adept at just SAYING what I mean. Anything else you take from it is simply something you put there.

@911patagonia You take the liberty of calling my comment a non sequitur, label me as islamophobic, and easily (and totally) manipulated by the media; OK. I couldn't care less about your assessments of me.
You relieve yourself of any responsibility to show any backing for any of that, and move on--typical.
And you're "sorry" about something that you created and imposed--almost laughable, but too stupid to be so.

@truckcompany I think she thought women shouldn't be military leaders (she thought the primary function of the federal gov't was to fight wars). Although I don't object to female leaders, I understand having reservations about military female leaders. To absolutely say that she wouldn't vote for a woman is clearly over the top, though.
@lysol5555
How many women running for office have signed the military draft? Would they be allowed to run for office if they were men who had not signed? What does it say for someone to be commander in chief of the armed forces who has never signed up to defend our country? What does it say about a woman when she cares more about leading than serving? Why must "equal rights" always come long before equality of responsibility? Maybe it's you as well as Feminists who are not objective.

@MyOttoLink I was wondering how you come to the conclusion that :groaning and moaning in the audience" means "female lust for power men"?
I am a man. That statement is a pretty wild guess!
