@1kinkyminx You're the retard, apparently. The dog is probably frustrated with the boots, yes, but boots are actually good for some dogs. Dogs do have pads on their feet, but sidewalks and roads can get very hot in the summer and can burn their feet, especially tiny feet like that dog's. I'm going to get boots for my dog because she runs so much in the dog park that she files her nails passed the quick and bleeds(or breaks off nails completely). Research before being judgmental, thanks.
