@lahoucine66 actully the oil is hard to get but wurks nut as good but good for external , such as scars, rashes , pimpes, etc. the seed shld be eaten often.. my mom throws seeds on food and u wldnt even notice it, yet ug et the benifit,

the oil of black seeds does not contain all the elements we find in the black seed itself . so let s all all eat black seed only 7 seeds at a time give good results if eaten with little real honey . the oil is only for commerce to steal peoples money since the black seed costs no more that 2 dollars per kilo .

@dardandema ANOTHER THING I WANA STATE IN HERE IS THAT IF SOMEONE SUFFERING FROM ANY PAIN FROM UNKNOWN MEDICAL REASONS,YOU SHOULD TRY RUKYAH JUST IN CASE,AND THE BEST RUKYAH IS ONE DONE TO YOURSELF,YOU CAN READ FROM QURAN ON YOUR HONEY,OR BLACK SEED,AND DRINK IT.

thank u for ur advice...i am not using it with hot or boiling water but slightly warm water nd i think that it was the sunnah of prophet MUHAMMAD(saw) to use it with warm water at morning...any way for me it is good nd i am feeling better ...nd can u tell me something about the benefits of black seed????

@nashanas1 WALAIKUMSALAM, BROTHER,IF U USE HONEY WITH HOT WATER,OR BOILING WATER , HONEY WILL LOOSE ITS VALUE, SINCE HOT WATER WILL BURN MINERALS,MOST OF IT,AND WHAT CAN BE LEFT ITS A NATURAL GLUCOSE AND THE TASTE OF HONEY,IT IS PREFERABLE TO USE HONEY ON AN EMPTY STOMAK,EVRYDAY,IN A MORNING , AND BEFORE U GO TO SLEPP,AND BY THE WAY MAKE SURE UR USING ORGANIC HONEY OTHERWISE U COULD BE USING SUGAR INSTEAD..AND TAKE UR DAILY DOSES WITH MEASUREMENTS,,,TAKE THIS ADVICE FROM A PROFESSIONAL BEE KEPER

thank u 4 video,i m suffering very much by abdominal pain for 2 months,but for the last three days i m using honey mixed with warm water at morning time..i m feeling much better now...it is true that honey is miraculous drink
