Ich denke doch, dass dieser Signalton zu Programmbeginn (80er Jahre, gegen 9 Uhr Morgens) eingeblendet wurde. Danach kam die Programmtafel für den jeweiligen Tag, stimmts?

Why would a German Television use a American Television called CBS. Because the logo that is used is similar to CBS in the United States. Sorry I couldn't write this whole writing in German.

Similar, but not the same ;-). The ORF isn't a German televison station, it's an Austrian Station- and the logo (called "ORF Auge") was designed by Erich Sokol in the year 1968.
