Don't have a stand mixer but still want to make marshmallows? If yes, then watch this video where I show you how to whip marshmallows completely by hand. Sweetened with agave nectar, the marshmallows are sugar-free and corn syrup-free. Recipe here on my blog:

  • Thanks for the video! May I ask how long it took to mix them by hand?

  • @pacifistfreak I would estimate that it took about 10 to 15 minutes on average to mix the marshmallows. As you practice more and your arm gets stronger, though, it does become faster to mix it and reach that stage.

  • wow, I didn't even know it was possible. I adore cooking with honey instead of sugar but thought marshmellows were off the table. Thanks for enlightening me.

  • @vibhutiran11 These marshmallows are egg-free. The only ingredients are honey, water, gelatin, vanilla extract, and salt. Thank you for your interest!
