The new GPS TomTom GO 530 730 930 have a new interesting feature: Lane Advanced Guidance. It shows you the lane to follow, the post sign and a photo of the intersection
I am not a fan of the advanced lane guidance and actually turn it off. I'll explain, basically when you have multiple "off" ramps, although it tells you distance to run to the off ramp, it doesn't give you a moving map display to you can visual note how far you are away, and relies on the fact that you can accurately judge EG. 600M/500M etc.. If there is multiple off ramps close together then you don't really know which one it's talking about unless it gives a ramp number. Just my opinion.
I bet you're a tomtom employee afraid of losing his job because they suck so bad and everyone who gets the displeasure of owning one of these eventually learns that.
I'd love to continue this pointless argument with you further but I think you've shown publicly just how ignorant you are. "quick googling" but won't read the comments in the thread you're posting in and claming I don't know what I'm talking about? How stupid can one be.
no i dont read all of the comments ime not trumpeting for tomtom ime just saying their not evl people because they purposly said something untru you like politicions right? and people who buy from them genrally dont research anything suposedly, tomtom has lame routes-not logical so they wouldnt care tabout that feature anyway and lame routs are a big put off and if your so into warning everyone put up a video in you channal
I did email TomTom - see the email response from TomTom posted ON THIS THREAD a month ago. Did you even read the comments before you decided to trumpet for TomTom - apparently not.
Garmin 265wt ~$150-160. The trafic is not accurate. 255w~ 130-140. Tomtom 335se. Costco had for 100$. Basicly same features as 255w, 30$ cheaper.
