Anyone making an irrevocable distinction between yogic wellness and invidious/dissolute tendencies may find this video dismissible. Personally I'm awed by these practitioners/recoverers level of candor--and humility. And one way or another, as Lindsey Clennell says, we are all suffering from behaviors that we can't control.
