Hello out there! FST-7 arm workout. As many of you know, I have to change up routines on May 25 (that'll be the end of my current routine), so after talking with a very good friend (who happens to be 4 time reigning undefeated junior bodybuilding champion of the UFE) we decided FST-7 might be the way to go. So, I decided to "try it before you buy it". I did an FST-7 workout for my arms last night instead of the regular tweaked MAX-OT style... And wow. I'm a believer! Hany Rambod has done it again. The almighty creator has bestowed a gift upon us. I worked out around 830pm last night. I had a pump until about noon today! I am not kidding! My arms had a deep deep DEEEP soreness. During the workout I ballooned up like never before! The angles weren't the greatest and I feel that the camera we use doesn't do much justice - however, It was a wild workout. Biceps, Triceps, and some forearms. I spent about 45mins in the gym (chit chat aside). I can't stress how pooched I was. I am a firm and total believer of FST-7 and this routine definitely wins by a longshot. I look forward to spending the next 12 weeks doing it. :D

You have to: use heavy / moderate weight with excellent control, and have balls of steel for the final 7 sets.

This workout was:
1. Alternating DB Curls - I chose moderate weight, Pump pump pump
2. Machine Preacher Curls - These felt lovely with all that blood in the arm
3. EZ Bar Curls x 7 sets - I use the straight bar for convenience, and OUCH
4. Close Grip Bench - My arms were still shaky from #3, Moderate weight
5. Machine Dips - Went fairly heavy on these and maintained great ROM
6. Skull Crushers x 7 sets - My triceps were on FIRE
7. Reverse BB Curl - Standing "palm down" BB curl
8. Wrist Curl - Palm up wrist curl, nothing special

NOTE: By about set 4 or 5 of the 7 you want to die. You have to keep going. I could barely bend my arms past 90 by the time biceps were all said and done. And after Triceps, I couldn't straighten my arm out! Very uncomfortable sleep!

  • @TheKratez Hey no problem, I'm at my heaviest weight by far right now, and the camera we use isn't meant to be a video camera... It's just a regular camera with a frame by frame video option, it barely even shows the veins haha. I'm working on a "special" episode where I do a walkthrough of an FST-7 workout, show post workout nutrition, then my posing/stretching. Hopefully it picks up the details :). Besides, you guys have only seen me with a t-shirt on :P
