No because it is a gell liner not paint :) it just drys up because it has not got a lid but after its heeted up a bit u just use ur brush dry x

Dont you have too wet your brush and then get the eyeliner ?? Just guessing but i am sure that is correct x

Well i dint realise it dryed up till i saw this mesage n cheked it but to get it bk to normal i just got a make up brush and rubed it abit to warm it up again if that helps ? but i dont no how to stop it from doing it sorry :) fanks lexy x x x
