I saw the picture in this film and it was very hard to look at. I did some research on it and it motivated me to make this. Some scenes are graphic, but it is some thing you should watch.

  • KEvin Carter paid it all with his life...so sad that he actually did not have to do that cause Jesus has paid it all. No army can protect us. No aid can either... people just get so trapped and not crying out to the One who can help.

  • An incredible image but did it make a difference?

War and famine around th world rages yet is pushed to the back of our minds. We ignore poverty in almost every African and South East Asian country. Instead we think about the bigger and better plasma screen we will buy.

We can only pray for people like Kevin Carter. We must pray for those suffering in this world. Mostly we must pray and be thankful for all we have and remember when it gets so bad we are infinitely better off than these people.

  • There was someone who was sitting at a bus stop bench by himself in a rubber raincoat in 20-degree weather. The police came and got him to shelter, but I took his picture as a way to show others the hooded face of homelessness. I wish I'd intervened too. It was really awful, just a view from the back of a slumping raincoat on a bench, and some cold city lights hundreds of feet away.

  • @sweetloveJesus This kind of mindless jibber-jabber really annoys me.

Maybe if the starving children write letters to Santa he'll help them to.

  • People join the military to go kill. But really come on. the military teaches you how to use deadly force but they don't teach you how to handle seeing a kid dying from being shot by you. But some people have a lack of understanding of what needs to be done to keep us safe. This world will never be war free there will always be conflict. So all the people against our United States soldiers shut the fuck up and be thankful your ass is safe at night.

  • what i can see from this video..is that photographers are still humans afterall...taking a snap shot that would one day win an international prize or that would have a huge popular demand..they can feel....they suffer the moment...they sacrifice one to save many, they'r the tru holders of the truth itself....the eyes of the world that would open a gate to a new world..a world where there's no hunger and pain....thank your kevin...rest in peace...god bless..

  • Im so sorry he could not face life any more,he must have seen so many haunting sights,he has helped immensley,he showed us whats going on. RIP

  • im suprised he killed himself, it must of been really sad and upsetting to see them children starve, i just wish i cud do something, im going to keep them in my prayers and appreciate what ive got, and not take anything for granted and also i have a baby brother [ hes 2] and i just cudlnt imagine seeing him or any other child starve in front of me.

so sad, rip and godbless xx

  • true.

  • it's so painful!!!....i hope that god exists, who will embrace the hungry toddler, cuddle, nurture and feed with love and food...and do what we failed to do!
