I still don't like the way this episode ended. Angela's father basically persuaded her to get back with Shawn. And then, 2 episodes before the series finale, he shows up at the end of her second year of college and NOW wants to be a father to her? She was a legal adult, and should have been like "Dad, you weren't there for me when I needed you. Shawn and my friends are my future. Sorry you can't adjust to my new life, but that's the way it is."

@Cartoonsoldier83 I think they should have but he thought about the bigger picture like he said and decided not to be selfish which was a hard but grown mature adult thing to do he was thinking what if her father gets killed or something I dont want to be the one she holds that grudge against and ends up hating me for it and regrets not going so I figured that out by watching it last night after not understanding myself at first

I believe he let her go to show that he trust her and really does love and care for her but I believe too that she did come back and they did get married but in life we all know that everybody doesn't get the happy ending they wish for all the time sad but it's the truth
